1. Using this service

You may use this website to apply for credit from Shylo Enterprises if you are at least 18 years old, are a resident of Uganda and provide accurate information.

2. Applications

Submitting an application is not a promise of credit. We assess every application and may approve, decline or ask for more information.

3. Electronic signatures

You agree that a signature drawn on screen, together with the recorded time, device information and document fingerprint, is a valid signature for your loan agreement and for guarantor consent.

4. Accuracy of information

You confirm that all details and documents you provide are true. Giving false information may lead to rejection, cancellation of a loan and recovery action.

5. Repayment and charges

Interest, fees and penalties are shown in your quote and agreement before you sign. Late payments attract the penalty set out in your agreement.

6. Account security

Keep your password private. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

7. Complaints

You can raise a complaint from your account or through the contact page. Each complaint receives a reference number and a response.
